Service Description: This regional transit priority network is intended to enable enhanced transit services, improved mobility, accessibility and sustainability, and advance implementation of Connect SoCal.
The study identified the key benefits of dedicated bus lanes and the primary factors for successful implementation, provided a preliminary assessment on where transit priority treatments might be most feasible and beneficial in the SCAG region and provided recommendations and guidance for local jurisdictions that are seeking to pilot or implement dedicated bus lanes and transit priority treatments.

Comments: This dataset includes the updated as of August 29, 2014 city boundaries for all SCAG Counties. The dataset is comprised of data collected from each of the 6 counties and reviewed by by local jurisdictions in the region. The data represents the city boundary for each of the 191 cities in the region for the year 2012. Data was obtained from county representatives between August 2012 and January 2013 and then reviewed by local jurisdiction staffs during the SCAG's Local Input Process, between March 2013 and August 2014, to reflect the most current updates and annexations to the city boundaries. The original data sources were the local LAFCO offices (Ver 1.4). This specific dataset is (Ver. 1.5)
